LAB-GROWN IN THE USA
Our U.S. Based operations grow eco-friendly, conflict
free diamonds in a controlled lab environment in
Greenville, South Carolina. Watch the video below
to see how our Lab-Grown Diamonds are created.

STEP ONE:
DIAMOND SEED
We carefully prepare a batch of diamond seeds - anywhere from 7mm to 15mm in size, and place them within our grower and start our Lab Grown Diamond growing process using our superior technology.

Step Two
SEED TO REACTOR
Using carefully metered gases and low-carbon footprint energy, we ignite a plasma, essentially a mini-star, ionizing carbon and encouraging the carbon to attach to the diamond seeds, growing the diamond crystal. We grow diamonds, as many as 100 at a time.

Step Three
Carbon Rich Gas Infusion
The ionized carbon rains down on the diamond seeds, growing the diamond crystals upward. Within 30 days each of those seeds grow into a diamond crystal suitable for a gemstone. Six to 10 carat rough diamonds are typical.

Step Four
POLY CUT WITH LASERS
The single crystal diamond grown from the seed, is surrounded by polycrystalline diamond. This poly is cut away by lasers. The resulting diamond core is planned and recut by lasers into the desired shape, a preform, a predecessor to the final faceted gem shape.

Step Five
THE DIAMOND IS COMPLETE
The preforms are then cut, faceted and polished into their final gem form. Our proprietary CVD process along with high quality cutting creates superior diamonds.
